Refund & Shipping Policy

This Refund & Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with BUYVITAMINSHERE LLC, doing business as Dominant Supplements, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before ordering.

1. All Sales Are Final (Limited Exceptions)

Our products are consumable dietary supplements fulfilled and shipped on our behalf by a third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner. For health, safety, and tamper-evidence reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept physical returns of products. Please do not ship products back to us; returned items cannot be processed, resold, or refunded. The only exceptions are the limited cases described in Section 3 below.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after the order ships, depending on destination and carrier. Delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout as a separate line. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address, delivery, and non-delivery exemptions are described in Section 4 below.

3. What Is Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We will provide a replacement or a refund only where an order is:

  • A damaged item (the product arrived damaged);
  • An incorrect product (you received the wrong product); or
  • A package not received (the order was not delivered).

To be eligible you must contact us with a valid claim within 30 days of delivery (for a package not received, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date), and include your order number and a description of the issue.

For a damaged item or an incorrect product you must also provide image or video proof. We will only open a valid imgur.com link for images and a valid YouTube link for videos; links to any other site will not be opened and the claim will not be honored. A package not received does not require an image or video.

4. Replacement & Refund Exemptions

We will not grant a refund, store credit, or replacement, and will not cancel an order, in any of the following cases:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind. You changed your mind, no longer want the item, ordered the wrong product, flavor, quantity, or size, dislike the taste, smell, or texture, or the product did not produce a desired or expected result. Dietary supplements are not guaranteed to achieve any particular outcome and individual results vary. Please contact us before taking any action.
  • Opened or used products. For health, safety, and tamper-evidence reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible.
  • Wrong or insufficient address. If you provide an address the carrier considers incorrect or insufficient and the shipment is returned, you are liable for the cost of reshipment once an updated address is confirmed with you.
  • Unclaimed shipments. If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned, you are liable for the cost of any reshipment.
  • Rejected by customs. If a package is returned or destroyed due to customs rejection, no refund is issued. It is your responsibility to know the import regulations of your country and to pay any customs duties or fees.
  • Order already in fulfillment. Once an order has been accepted and prepared by our fulfillment partner or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded (see Section 7).
  • Product discontinued or out of stock. If a product is discontinued or out of stock after you order, we may cancel and refund the affected item. We are not liable for any other costs, losses, or expenses arising from a discontinued or out-of-stock product.
  • Delivery not collected or attributable to the recipient. If an order is not delivered for reasons attributable to the recipient (for example the recipient is unreachable, an incorrect or missing phone number or address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay import duties or taxes), the carrier may abandon or destroy the shipment. In these cases we are unable to offer a refund, reshipment, or replacement.

Statutory cooling-off periods. If you are entitled to a statutory cancellation or return right (for example the European Union 14 day cooling-off period), it remains your responsibility to accept delivery of the goods. Refusing or failing to accept delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in the loss of your right to a refund.

5. How Approved Refunds Are Issued

For an approved claim under Section 3, we will, at our discretion, ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days after the claim is approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the entire order was defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost.

6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Submit a request using the Refund Request form on our Contact page, or email outreach@dominantsupplements.com. Include your order number, the issue, and photographs where required. We respond within 1 to 2 business days.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent to fulfillment quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate requests only while the order has not yet been sent to fulfillment; once an order is accepted by our fulfillment partner or has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with an order, you agree to contact us first at outreach@dominantsupplements.com so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or for a product you received and consumed, is a breach of our Terms of Service. We document fulfillment and delivery for every order and will contest illegitimate disputes.
